Summary of Club Benefits
CONTRACTED CLUB ICE
The Junior Club welcomes the figure skater who has completed Basic 4 level in the USFS "Learn to Skate" classes. The Mini Junior Club welcomes younger skaters as at the Basic 2 level or higher. The Junior Clubs meet once weekly for 30 minutes with a club professional in a class setting, with an additional 30 minutes of free practice time.
The Senior Club welcomes the figure skater who has graduated from the Junior Club or desires to work with a coach privately. Our Senior Club skates twice weekly for 60 minute sessions.
CLUB APPAREL
Club apparel is a great way to show pride in our club, especially at competitions. Ordering takes place on an as-needed basis. See the link on the left for more information.
COMPETITION
In the spring we help the City of Farmington host the Farmington Spring Festival Basic Skills Competition. It provides our skaters an opportunity to compete against other area skaters. We bring in well-respected judges and it is our time to shine as a club. The club provides volunteers to help run the event and operate the concession stand.
ANNUAL BANQUET
We come together and celebrate our skaters' accomplishments and volunteers for all their hard work at the Annual Banquet. Many other achievements are recognized and celebrated. Elections are also held for new Board members to fill vacant positions!
TRI-COUNTY FSC EXHIBITION
The exhibition is a time when all our skaters get their time in the spotlight. The exhibition is generally held in the spring. All skaters are encouraged to participate in solo performances and large or small group numbers as well!
